Pricing Plans

As per Art. 1:24 §1, §2 CSA a Small Company is a company with legal entity which, as of the closure of the balance sheet of the last financial year, does not exceed more than one the following criteria : 

• Yearly average of employees: 50
• Total yearly turnover, excluding VAT: €11.250.000
• Balance sheet total: €6.000.000

If the company exceeds more than one of the above criteria for two successive financial years, it shall then be defined as a Large Company.

As per Art. 1:25 §1, §2 CSA a Micro Company is a company with legal entity which, as of the closure of the balance sheet of the last financial year, does not exceed more than two of the following criteria:

• Yearly average of employees: 10
• Total yearly turnover, excluding VAT: €700,000 
• Balance sheet total: €350,000
  

If the company exceeds more than two of the above criteria for two successive financial years, it shall then lose its status as a Micro Company and be classified according to the applicable higher category (Small or Large Company).

*Workshops take place on the forum week, on the JobFair days. To ensure the presence of enough students, workshop topics must be sent before the 5th of February 2026, allowing decent time for communication and registration of the students. The company will be suggested to cancel its workshop if less than 10 students have registered to it before the 20th of February 2026. Canceling is only optional, but would lead to the workshop to be refunded.
